Since 2012 I've been obsessed with how companies actually work, from how they're born to the flowcharts behind every process. The data side fascinated me first. Then I realized the human side carried just as much weight. People aren't a soft layer on top of a business. They are part of the machinery that makes it grow.
Marketing is where those two worlds meet. It's the only discipline that turns human behavior into measurable growth. Math with people. That became my framework, and it became Spica.
In 2014 I spent time at Harvard studying the human mind, sitting next to operators from US companies who were doing the same thing I was, trying to get sharper at what they did. That experience shaped how I think about leadership, decision-making, and the kind of work we do for clients today.
Today Spica operates across the US, Mexico, Argentina, and Peru. Our core experience sits in roofing, construction, renovation, med spa, real estate, clinics, and TV studios, but the methodology applies to any business with revenue to compound. Our stack runs on Meta Ads, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, n8n, the Claude API, and custom code in JavaScript, Python, PHP, and SQL. Whatever the engine actually needs.
My philosophy is simple. The money your business is already producing needs to work harder. Spica exists to engineer that. To take the revenue you already make and compound it through systems, paid media, and content that actually convert.
