What we collect when you visit spicastudio.art, why we collect it, and how to ask us to remove it. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
What we collect
There are two kinds of information, and they reach us in two different ways.
- Automatic Technical and usage data gathered while you browse: your IP address in anonymized form, browser and device type, the pages you open, how long you stay on each one, and the site or search that sent you here.
- You give it What you type into the contact form: your name, your email, your industry, the message you write, and which starting option you pick (free plan, free demo, or not sure yet). Nothing on this site asks for a payment method, a government ID, or a password.
- Anti-spam When you send the contact form, we measure how it was filled in: how many keys were pressed, how many taps or clicks there were, whether the page was scrolled, whether text was pasted, your time zone, and a few basic details of your device such as screen size, pixel density and processor count. Those are counts and settings, never the content of what you wrote. We also work out an approximate location from the network you connect through: city, region, country and internet provider. To do that we send only that network prefix, never your full address, to a location lookup provider (ipwho.is, with ipapi.co as a fallback). We do not store your full IP address.
How we use it
Technical and usage data tells us how visitors move through the site, so we can improve its speed, its content, and how it reads. It is looked at in aggregate, not person by person.
What you send through the contact form is used for one thing: to answer your inquiry and to follow up about the solutions you asked about.
The interaction signals and the approximate location have a single job: to tell an automated submission apart from a real person, so a robot does not bury your message. They are not used to profile you and they are not read to learn anything else about you.
If you decide to book the 15-minute call we offer after the form, that booking happens on Google Calendar. From there, the day, the time and the email you give are handled by Google, under Google's own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not hand it to third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site performs, and Microsoft Clarity on some of the older pages of this domain. Both are set up in privacy friendly mode, with IP anonymization on and ad personalization off.
To do their job, these tools may place cookies on your device. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time, and the site will keep working normally.
Storage and security
Contact form submissions reach us by email and are kept in accounts with limited access. We apply reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, and we keep what you send only as long as it is useful to answer you or to serve you as a client.
No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask us to do any of the following.
- Access Tell you exactly what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct Fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete Remove your information from our records.
- Withdraw Withdraw your consent to be contacted, with no explanation needed.
Write to info@spicastudio.art to exercise any of them. We answer within 30 days.
International visitors
Spica Studio works with clients in the United States and in Latin America. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws are different from the ones where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When something material changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated, so the version you are reading is always the one in force.
